Flexible timing i like the most you can work from home if you want to the only thing that matters is your work if you are doing that on time then you will enjoy doing your job as BDA. Growth opportunities are there and everyday you will learn new things.

Dislikes

Less job security when it comes to season end and cost cuttings. Rest you will love working in urban clap.

83 Managers though IIM level taking credit for everything which they even do it politics driven exploiting labour laws salary not up to mark poking of mistake rather than solving it internship guy with technical degree treated as they no nothing

Dislikes

forget about teammates, team player, politics, no job security, salary not in time HR issues

boring nothing to learn bogos attitude relaying on other database company no ground level information though IIT work only on thin layer market without having any prior knowledge of real world scenario brainstorming limited to managers only
