Well it is a team of young dedicated professionals, who are always in a thrive to learn, re-learn and apply that in their work. The work culture is amazing and always motivates you to work deligently. UrbanClap has some different aura and energy that you'll never be tired, everybody is so energetic. If someone is looking out for a job where you get a perfect work-life balance then you might have some problem here. You have to give your time here. Like any other good company they are also looking for experienced people only. Freshers have a little chance in marketing, finance and tech team.
