Working in Startup company like Urban the Fastest growing company you as person grow a lot and you learn a lot about how startup actually works.

One Thing Which I dislike about the company is Work life balance because you have to answer partner on Sunday too and If you are out with your family for Vacation or in general way your mobile always ringing sometime it is irritating
