They are focused in developing our skills and give proper training.

Working hours, the schedule is to hectic only 1 day weekoff that even goes in the schedules not even able to understand when was the week off.

No work life balance at any time you have to do the shifts No transparency at the time of joining hr said about the 2 days night shift but there is no such policy.

Sometimes, the work pressure is hard but thata not all the time. Most of the time there is very less work pressure compared to the salary.
