No goal setting or performance measurement process. No irritating emails, HR follow-ups for the same and so a lot of time is saved there. But for the annual variable pay, you do need to conjecture something up.

Dislikes

Lack of both product culture & engineering culture. Strategies and focus change week on week, month on month. Product has a dotted line reporting to engg which over time seems to be converting to a full line. With no clear direction, product rarely ships any impactful features and there is a constant struggle to catch-up with competition. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
