Worst work culture...you have to be in office for 8hr without any break , they even count the time for washroom..they hire to get you fire..this is a rat hole ruled by few people and if you dont make them happy they will trouble you like anything.Work..! No innovation at all..most of the development work is just copy paste ,they will promise you during interview, that they will give you latest technologies to work on..but once you inside of it..they will not bother on what you are working on..they will ask you to do copy paste jobs..most of their annoying work is manual..which the existing member dont want to do..and thats the reason they hire you to give these annoying copy paste things..which is ,trust me most of your work will go on.
