Yes there are were some minor issues, but i am mature enough to understand and let go of those and not brag about it in public forums because even i was a proud UPSer.😎

They just think employees are not humans they are robots. Nothing matter for them unless you admitted to hospital and submit the documents to make them believe you are doing really bad with your health. Very toxic.

Everything depends upon process and manager. The company is good and culture is also good. But people get promotion on bias basis. Some talented get promotion a bit late and some chamchas get very early. But over all company is good

This company is an absolute disaster. The politics here are toxic, with management playing favorites and completely disregarding anyone not in their inner circle. If you want to watch your career stagnate while others get promoted for doing nothing, this is the place for you. Job security? Forget it. You’re always one bad day away from being tossed aside. Employee care? Zero. Communication is a joke, and any concerns are met with indifference. If you actually work hard, expect to be rewarded with a mountain of extra tasks, not praise or growth. please don't join this organization there is no proper management, those who work hard honestly they will give more work to them and promotion to other people who just coome to office act like they are working so hard and get promoted only because they have good connections in management managers don't even give feedback to you on your performance and keep setting expectations
