No work life balance and no proper training for people who join new.. it's all perception based and people are not open to new ideas or even brainstorm ad they are all settled in posts for more 10 years

As informed earlier by someone else there is nothing to like about this company. Everyone getting promoted are the puppet of the fu-ck boy (collection Manager). Our manager in GFF is so hopeless and useless that a Macro invented by user name Ketan he presented it to higher management stating he invented it seriously dude. He can't even draft a single email himself everytime will use CHAT GTP(Informed by a TL) and upon that he will pinpoint us for the smallest mistakes in any email. This is not a company it's a dhanda run by this so called Management people. Promotion is based totally on how you perform not in your work but buttering with your lips. A recent promotion of Ha-vas ka Puj-ari as TL, i wonder if he joined UPS to work or to do buttering and trying out every single girl in office. When female employees complain about him still no actions are taken, GFF manager will try to resolve the issue without any action. All females out there join UPS at your own risk at least do not join Collection....Read More

Amear Shaikh his paltu 🦮Suhas and Vishal This people sucks literally I was so frustrated of this suhas I had to leave this job. Hello will not support but will find some or other problems with our work. Everyone out there do not join UPS. Directors like Gaurav T, Harsha P and Caroline R the company will suffer for sure because of this one Man and his paltu dogs.

This company is an absolute disaster. The politics here are toxic, with management playing favorites and completely disregarding anyone not in their inner circle. If you want to watch your career stagnate while others get promoted for doing nothing, this is the place for you. Job security? Forget it. You’re always one bad day away from being tossed aside. Employee care? Zero. Communication is a joke, and any concerns are met with indifference. If you actually work hard, expect to be rewarded with a mountain of extra tasks, not praise or growth. Employees of other team they are really good and supportive And this is only UPS LOGISTICS related work so there is no involvement of third party client.

Higher management is worst, if you perform very well they didn't appreciate you, instead of they findings error. Feeling demotivate on working hours, they force you to complete impossible task, and wait back after working hours Breaks are restricted. Transport- transport is worst ever, they didn't pick and drop you on location andadmin not listed employees chooses concern. Overall UPS is not EMPLOYEES friendly. There is nothing over here to like about. Full on partiality and favouritism by Management. HR is the most useless person over here. No job security due to recent layoffs my friend a good performer lost his job. Collection Manager is busy to build his own empire by promoting useless people around him

Working since 2.5 years and what has been seen is terrible, no one is interested in helping others grow but think about themselves. Our collection Manager promoted his Girlfriend when other suitable candidate were there. Promotion is a myth in UPS pune. Only setting and setting. AM's are useless and TL's are helpless and everyone are looking for job change. I will not recommend anyone to join UPS if you are looking for growth.
