Senior management is approachable but only for work, if one has any concerns related to bosses or any other issue they won’t do anything about it. They do activities such as outings and events even if you don’t want to and then don’t even considers that the day was wasted so expects you to complete work in time as well. Lot of work pressure Very demanding job so if you want to work here please do keep in mind that you’re not going to have a life outside office like many people in this organisation who have more than 4 years of vintage here. Team leads expects to work over weekends. Payscale and rewards are not in line with expectations. Even on weekends you feel the pressure and are stressed. Iteration rate is very high for this organisation, people join due to brand name and MNC culture but leave due to lack of work life balance and low appraisals as well. Exit policy of the company is extremely bad they make you work like anything on notice period and will also try to extend it during the last days.
