Upgrad is a good place to learn and evolve but I got shifted to upgrad acquired startup named Knowledgehut and it was a horrible experience to be under that company. The Job description was changed all of a sudden for me and they didn’t even bother to ask me about this once. There is no work culture. The only work culture that follows is micromanagement. I would like to share the dislikes of upgrad led startup Knowledgehut:- 1) Micromanagement 2) They don’t focus on end target but hourly wise process that subordinates has to do. 3) Horrible work culture. 4) There is no work timings.
