Upgrad is a good place to learn and evolve but I got shifted to upgrad acquired startup named Knowledgehut and it was a horrible experience to be under that company.
The Job description was changed all of a sudden for me and they didn’t even bother to ask me about this once.
There is no work culture. The only work culture that follows is micromanagement. It was really horrible to see people from premier institute giving priority to micromanagement and giving responsibilities to people who doesn’t even quality to those work...Read More
Dislikes
I would like to share the dislikes of upgrad led startup Knowledgehut:-
1) Micromanagement
2) They don’t focus on end target but hourly wise process that subordinates has to do.
3) Horrible work culture.
4) There is no work timings.
They should work on more of appraisals and performance-based appraisals which I feel is currently lacking more employee rewards or recognition should happen in the company based on the employee performance
