Inbound sales job is quite easy and desk job which needs the coordination with the current clients. Payment is also quite very good and the incentives is also very nice

There are certain things which need to improve lilke leave policy and some of times people do work on holidays due to workloads

It's an inside sales work and things need to do on the desk. Need to handle the new customer and exisiting customer over the call properly and convert them to as customer or sell new product it is very nice thing as the company has provided the training. Worklife balance is good.
