Inconsistent salaries of employees at same role. This feels unfair and lack of transparency. Extended work hours on regular basis. No work-life balance. Poor project management and distribution of work/projects among teams. A lot of office politics and favors from higher management, especially above senior team leads. Impractical and non-viable expectations at work from higher management. Policies are changed and implemented without informing to employees. Seems like HR department is just for name's sake and someone else govern them for his benefits. No proper evaluation process for appraisals.
