I like travelling opportunity just given once, work-life balance and somewhat learning but on own. Teammates are very co-opetative except fiance head, regulatory head. They themselves doesn't know what is given in the documents.

This would be an endless topic to discuss but to mention few, this comp does not want caliber people, management is very pathetic, no direction, only " Close relatives or fellow workers " Can get easy promotion, whether they r skilled or not doesn't matter, highly ugly politics, growth is nil, for every small things you have to giveaccount for it.
