- Safety Standards Followed inside Plant. - Salary always received on time.

Dislikes

- Lower chances of promotion / growth. - Lots of Work Responsibility other than allotted department. - Lower chances of skills growth. - Managers don't want to promote their team members. Neither appreciate their achievements infront of the Senior Management.

All the higher management will gril u all the time just to demotivate u. No work life balance, employee are leaving the org due to high mental stress and workload. If You have no bp & sugar come here work atleast 6 month & enjoy taste of bp and sugar. Terrible environment, no job security

Appraisals are not based on performance, but on sycophancy. The Plant Head hires their acquaintances without any knowledge or expertise. Those with experience and knowledge who work hard are not valued. Even when women need transfers, the Plant Head takes no action for two years. Meanwhile, the Plant Head easily gets their own transfer for personal growth.

You can get opportunity to work on Sundays as well, and every day after chutti hours. Company is working for society 24x7.
