Controller division is so good. Where I utilise my all knowledge and do my best. Team members are wonderfull. Active force of team. Support from top management , domain , PR team was fabulous. Uno Minda policies for employee are very good. It's system oriented organisation. Very nice experience with Minda. Females have value in this organisation.

Higher management was changing yearly which must have stability for atleast 5 years in one plant.
