I was in ocean export team. It was very bad experience in my overall professional carrier. No proper job handover & no SOP maintain for key customer and overseas agent. Everyday late sitting till late night and nothing any appreciation or courtesy from senior team and management. If there any error or penalty due to work pressure then company deducted the same from salary. Even holiday you need to work from home so no work life balance & no time to family. Management not taking any initiative to add head count to smooth the process and staff can work without pressure to avoid penalty & leave on time.
