Nothing to like about when you get panick attacks while working in this organisation specifically in Sales

If you want to get bullied by AVP , manager and your TL #everyday# while you are leaving for home , kindly join this organisation But trust me if you leave for home without achieving your sales target ( if you have leads or not , even if the products are pathetic amd expensive and the leads are from tier 3 cities who can’t afford them )

It has been almost a year for me here at UNIVO and this year has truly helped me grow 10x individually. There’s so much learning here at UNIVO, the best part is you get to work cross-functionally at all the levels especially if you’re working here for Marketing. Working on tools, events both virtual offline events for our anchor partner Amity Online has been great. Initially you might feel like people working here and the environment to be intimidating but it’s nothing like that, people and culture is all chill just that you’ll have to start interacting and talking to let things sink in. I want to address few concerns about Team Leader - Ms Ananya Ghosh. She had no leadership qualities—no empathy, no clear communication, and no focus on team goals. Instead, she was always rude and dismissive, making comments like, "You’re not capable of working here, tum log sach me organic se hi aaye ho na? dusre floor se aaye ho" and "Spoon-feeding nahi hogi yaha" This kind of attitude created a toxic environment and made it very difficult to work. Rather than talking about how to achieve goals or improve as a team, she constantly talked about her personal interests, like her long-term plans for makeovers (mujhe 5 saal me Ananya Makeover's bnana h) and makeup(aj mera makeup kesa lag rha h, tanning jada ho gayi hai, etc) There was no proper guidance or support from her, just frustration and negativity. I strongly believe that people like her should not be trusted with leading high-stakes campaigns or managing talented teams and people. Inside sales department culture is pathetic. Every other person is providing negetive feedback to senior managers in order to save their own jobs. Leads are pathetic and targets are unachievable with that quality leads. No culture No job security for a single day No learnings No support from senior managers Senior managers asks Team leaders to make hell for Associates longer working shifts. on an average 1-2 hours every day. even on Sundays they ask to work and no idea when will be the comp off for that Sunday working . It’s another copy of BYJUS now. They can fire people anythime. HR Ritika Sachdeva and Shashank chaturvedi are the most heartless people in this organisation. They both know how to fire people and when we tell them about our problems they does event gives a shit. Every month their aim is to fire employees.both are getting paid for doing this shit. Entire HR team is ridiculous HR Ritika Sachdeva is the rudest HR i have ever met she just throws attitude all the time.
