Stretch in working hours on daily basis you'll need to report office on time i.e before 9:15 & you'll be in the office till 8. Daily KRA requires 200+ calls with 2 hours of talk time with 1 sale. Micromamagement of ATLs & TLs can be seen at best they'll question you on your medical leaves certificates theyll ask for further test results of that medical for approving leaves. If someone doesn't go according to their TLS & ATLs then they will force you to resign. Bio breaks are counted. Humiliating BDAs, disrespecting, questioning their skills in general is very much considered here....Read More

Nothing, not even a single thing is good about this company. But the CEO, he's a visionary person.

Dislikes

**PATHETIC** Dislike? Almost everything! Unprofessional and insensible behaviour of managers and team leaders, constant stretching of working hours, zero balance between work and personal life, toxicity, politics, all they want is "payment kahan hai? Payment karao!" (unethical practices/misrepresentation/making fake promises to students/mental torture/bullying). They even forced me convince my relatives and family friends to buy these online courses). They just want you to convince (better call it 'force') that specific student(target) to buy any of these courses, they want you to convince people in such a way that they must feel that they're genuinely leading a pointless life if they're not enrolled in any of these online courses. Even these career counsellors and team leaders are under-qualified, and yet they dare to provide career advices to students and parents. Waahhh.......Read More
