Inside sales department culture is pathetic. Every other person is providing negetive feedback to senior managers in order to save their own jobs. Leads are pathetic and targets are unachievable with that quality leads. No culture No job security for a single day No learnings No support from senior managers Senior managers asks Team leaders to make hell for Associates longer working shifts. on an average 1-2 hours every day. even on Sundays they ask to work and no idea when will be the comp off for that Sunday working . Salary on time , univo was a good company when ajmera sir handling but now including CHRO VP all the management are completely doing wrong with their employees, no job security

Now everything is bad in univo , work culture, promotions , all the HR team , promotion appraisal everything is bad
