I want to address few concerns about Team Leader - Ms Ananya Ghosh. She had no leadership qualities—no empathy, no clear communication, and no focus on team goals. Instead, she was always rude and dismissive, making comments like, "You’re not capable of working here, tum log sach me organic se hi aaye ho na? dusre floor se aaye ho" and "Spoon-feeding nahi hogi yaha" This kind of attitude created a toxic environment and made it very difficult to work. Rather than talking about how to achieve goals or improve as a team, she constantly talked about her personal interests, like her long-term plans for makeovers (mujhe 5 saal me Ananya Makeover's bnana h) and makeup(aj mera makeup kesa lag rha h, tanning jada ho gayi hai, etc) There was no proper guidance or support from her, just frustration and negativity. I strongly believe that people like her should not be trusted with leading high-stakes campaigns or managing talented teams and people. It’s another copy of BYJUS now. They can fire people anythime. HR Ritika Sachdeva and Shashank chaturvedi are the most heartless people in this organisation. They both know how to fire people and when we tell them about our problems they does event gives a shit. Every month their aim is to fire employees.both are getting paid for doing this shit. Entire HR team is ridiculous HR Ritika Sachdeva is the rudest HR i have ever met she just throws attitude all the time. Such a bad place to work. Don't give salary on time. Work life balance hell. Managers are liars. Company fraud, there courses doesn't worth a penny.

No work life balance, no one have the sense to talk. All are liars there, don't provide salary on time. Manager can hold your salary and even on fnf they will deduct your money in the name pf penalty.

worst politics i joined the floor at May 2nd 2024 and Got PIP @ June 1st . I only joined 1 month in this company and got horrible working experience. Inside sales department culture is pathetic. Every other person is providing negetive feedback to senior managers in order to save their own jobs. Leads are pathetic and targets are unachievable with that quality leads. No culture No job security for a single day No learnings No support from senior managers Senior managers asks Team leaders to make hell for Associates longer working shifts. on an average 1-2 hours every day. even on Sundays they ask to work and no idea when will be the comp off for that Sunday working . I have worked in the company for more than a year and recently resigned from the organization, one thing I like about the organization is zeal and enthusiasm of GM Abdus Salam ,He is the King of Univo Edtech in whole inside sales ,He Knows people management, more centric towards employee's and know how to Drive the Inside Sales Team, Abdus Salam is Godfather of whole organization

AGM (umakant) and VP(Ravi Sharma) these two unprofessional dignitaries does not have the basis of edtech industry because they are not from the edtech industry and hence digging the hole for a much reputed Amity University. They do not stand by their words. And the team managers are not at all respected here. They treat a manager worst than the BDA's and the fact is only managers are working day and night for this organization. Team manager does not hold any power of taking independent decisions. Even after working hard day and night and as per their business requirements, UNIVO education has no sympathy for you. They are just becoming another byjus who will hire you, make your life difficult and then fire you. They have normalized the culture of working 9 to 7 now which was 9 to 6 earlier. They want you to report sharp at 9AM in the office but there is no time to leave. You cannot leave the office without the permission of your TL and Cluster Manager. You data can be pulled out anytime and given to AGM's favorite TL and counsellors. You do hard work on your data but if you are on leave on any day, the TL, AGM and cluster manager will pull your data to assign to their favorite people on floor and then they will blame you for not getting sales. Their work policy can change anytime and they will bluntly say on your face to resign if you are not aligned. Now they are hiring TL's only from Byjus so that they can insult their counselors on the name of work. Incentives are not upto the mark. It's quite of a mental trauma, everyday you need to report to office to get salary of that day, if you are not working on your fresh leads after your shift ends, your leads can be pulled out. Many people have left due to biasedness showed by higher management. Who is near and dear to the AGM, TL or Cluster Manager only those teams will get good leads.
