It has been almost a year for me here at UNIVO and this year has truly helped me grow 10x individually. There’s so much learning here at UNIVO, the best part is you get to work cross-functionally at all the levels especially if you’re working here for Marketing. Working on tools, events both virtual offline events for our anchor partner Amity Online has been great. The company is very employee centric and it recognise their employee. I was working here since 2021 and I found management is very supportive in every aspect. It's a very good organization in terms of growth and learning.

Dislikes

I would say organization is in growing mode right now, so there is nothing to dislike. Few things which is needed to be work on and I believe it will be sorted out as soon as possible.

To be very honest , i dont like the hiring structure of UNIVO , they hired the employees in bulk and they dont have any skills evn i saw several employees who dont know the basic manners of company Despite of this , everything is excellent .
