Liberty from political interference. University politicians collided to each other for negative works. Teachers students and other non teaching staff all involved themselves in politics entire session of academic year. Permanent faculty members behaves as like masters with the ad-hocs and guest facilities. A strong collision of university politicians with the outside politicians is very strong for realizing their own agenda, they use out side politicians. There is always fear among the students about their career. This is the duty of the government authorities to provide such type of opportunities to the wherein they can flourish themselves instead of being puppet in the hands of academic politicians. The students and the non teaching staff is always being used for the political purposes. The universities are for the entire development of the students and the generation of thoughts. Political hatred environment create an environment of suppression of talents of research, inherent capabilities of the students. The politics keep under the veil corruption of the college and the university administration in one hand and on the other academic staff. If really we want to make university of Delhi, truly a World class university, it needs to free from political elections. The entire purpose of the university education system does not realize. The University need to make students and teachers fully confident regarding academic syllabus. What we are teaching at the university that's enough for earning livelihood by the students after getting passed? I don't think so it's enough. I joined university under fear of a strange environment, totally out of expectations. Too much of politics by the faculty members and other staff, hinder the capabilities of the teachers and the students.
