I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Worst company to work....No Human rights no employee right you will be exploiting in every possible manner. Work culture is worst ( other then Andheri Mumbai location). To much politics in every department and harassment by HR and reporting manager.
