Work life balance is bad people including me working late nights mostly.Managers itself are working late but their thinking should be like instead of working till late nights they should encourage and make efforts so that people should log off on time and spend time with family and friends.Due to this many of our team members left the company despite good working environment.

Too much politics by peers. Else environment and colleagues are too good and helpful. Good work culture. Some managers are very good. But some are very bad.

Also recent story of layoff 4300 employee from India was worst case. Do not join this organisation and for sure if your leader is Aishwarya
