A bad manager best fit would be calling him desperate who is always looking to fullfill his physical desires with female employees who screwed my job to the level where I had to put an end long career. Such politics ihvnt seen anywhere yet all are same all upper management are with the same goal get a good looking girl if she refuses then torture her so that she Leaves the company. After converting the UHG to OPTUM everything changed, Policies are very bad to work.

I Liked the professional attitude and workplace environment. The company also believed in their employees and seemed to really think about my future growth and professional progress.

Dislikes

Compensation was good but growth was slow. Sometimes, I had to work 10_12 hours straight in a day as I had to complit the team target. But Managers did not notice my work hard. Which was a pain sometimes.

I was selected in United health group as a claim associate level of 21 L1 but I lived the company as a senior claim associate or you can say claim analyst level of 23 L2. I had to reprocess the claim as per the provider or member service request .
