1. CTC is like = 15% of your fixed salary(which will get after a year on the basis of your performance) + fixed salary 2. 5-10 % increment on the fixed salary yearly basis even if you score 4/5 rating 3. Manager bias will be there no matter how you're good at your work. 4. salary difference due to education institute, even after you have a good experience.

1.) Very good work life balance 2.) Good job security. This company didn't fire even 1 guy during the Covid crisis while other companies were firing people left and right.

Dislikes

1.) Some teams/bosses can be very political/dominating 2.) Sometimes, not getting promotions is a problem. 3.) NOTE: Their HR department is painstakingly slow. It took 3 months for me to get my offer letter from them. As I said, the culture in the company is laid back, and so you might get your offer letters late. But don't be worried by this, you will get your offer letters.

Seniors will wash your mind. They will use you everywhere. But be clear as HR and Skip level manager and directors are supportive. Please have faith on them instead of seniors. Overall if you are good and have passion for your work ! you will be an asset for the team and Company . you will get each facility.
