Promotions, I am going to complete my 6 years but not get any promotion useless reason worked as a UAT tester in different projects and onboarding team.

I have a negative opinion of this organization. It appears that the leaders prioritize their interests over company policies, best practices, and basic human decency. They have implemented a system called "domain track" which favors certain employees over others, even if they are not in managerial positions. These employees are paidthe same as people managers but do not contribute to the team's success. This has created a highly political and biased environment, which is noticeable from day one. Furthermore, employees are encouraged to take frequent smoke breaks and leave early with the leaders instead of working on team projects and deliverables. The organization is currently laying off employees for the first time, which is concerning for job security. This is only for Noida Optum, if you are working in AR process, you will be die soon, Because no fun do Friday, company have Gym but you can’t use it due work pressure, On Diwali and Holi you will get 100 Ruppess Sweet, If you are think you will get appraisal in Ar so forgot my friend you never get appraisal, Your job not secure in AR at Noida Optum
