I lead a team of 6 data scientist, we focus on Machine learnings algorithms development to identify fraud

Dislikes

Initially you have to prove your abilities to you clients. Once you successfully do that you will get ample recoginisition.

Work Details

Good pay and bonuses

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
