No job security, they can terminate you anytime by seeing outside market layoff trend. Manager is not capable of resolving issues within the team untill and unless you be his/her chamcha. New learning doesn't work as they doesn't give new opportunity to work on that as they prefer their chamchas for new position. So basically managers will not allow you to grow here. Too much politics in the company. And salary growth is 0 as per market....Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
