The company is a great company to work with which made me proud to work for, but the management, particularly Mr Sharon Roberts is a very choosy person. Only those whom he like will see the growth in the company and others are been played football. We cannot expect a growth until we bow to what he says. Since we question, we are blacklisted. There is no recognition for hardwork and performance. According to the manager Sharon Roberts, listening to whatever he says are the best employees of the company. There are lots to say about him and only becasue of him there are so many talented employees have left the company. I wasted my 4 years of hard work and talent. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
