All the benefits (medical allowance, cafeteria, shuttle service, regular shift timings, wfh when required, appraisal, celebrations, events and funfriday. Company's vision and mission is good. Just need to focus a bit on ground level culture and environment. Learnings from several meetings, sessions, manager, sr.managers, HR team , AVP, SVP) are good, top level management is empathetic. Everyday learning from HR team as "Thought of the week" which boosts employees with positive vibes. Onshore employees are good and understanding. Other team colleagues are helpful and supportive. Retail Projects and processes are better and just need core focus in understanding. Good in work-life balance. Good in Appreciation and awards as R&R. A little bit of unhealthy environment when it comes to a particular team which is not good as per company's ethics and policy. A manager welcomes new female teammate in his team by holding hands gives a first bad impression. Open unhealthy talks Sr. Auditor use to do with her female teammates. When it comes to training new employees by Sr. Auditor then he trains the process to new hires in a tricky and complex way. Also doesn't share process required worksheets. No permanent WFH or No Hybrid. Department culture was a bit toxic. No particular training team to give qualitative training to new hires. Sr. Auditor trains the process to new hires where he compromises with his teaching due to in-team competition....Read More

I worked in retail division which has the horrible work culture. Management treats us a school kids and impose a list of unsaid rules which you have to follow or immediately receive a warning letter. The floor atmosphere is pathetic and management is always looking at the opportunity to harass employees. Do not expect any growth here as you are actually not doing the work related to your designation. Its just a salary trap and I will not recommend anyone to join here even on anyone's reference....Read More
