It is like government job. One who doesn't like new technology and innovation, like to stay in legacy technology.its good place for them.

Dislikes

Especially Nepal office is not good in management side. There are old executive having pride of superiority and doesn't give damn to new emoyees. They have legacy group of near and dear, and everything stays within them. Company pay scale is decade old system, can not retain employees as market have gone high. Nepal leader don't have leadership skills and are now puppet of India.

Gender bias .There is no value for female employee...Still they are on 50s.. lot of corporate politics .If you like improve and explore skill don't prefer.Day by day you will feel like nothing ..very strict with timings not flexible

Apart from my department, I can see the people's are somewhat growing in career wise and personal.

Please don't come to windows engineering. Offshore team is leading by a savage manager with poor communication in English.He is lacking the ability to manage people's and last year he became sr.manager from a sr.tech lead. Savage guy who doesn't believe in automation and scripts. Shifts are kind of he'll.If you are a married guy then,it's very difficult to manage family.There won't be any proper weekends and even weekends they are forcing us to work on things.without any comp Off or payment. Cotiviti is a good company but has lot of politics in which you will anyway get involved. Cotiviti in US has a very good company culture but Cotiviti India there is not a very good culture, managers are like owners here and they rule in whatever way they want
