Management is very bad, it keeps changing and they keep trying to find new ways of making one person do the work of 3, blame game, cost cutting, peanuts appraisal, partiality when it comes to promotions and appraisal. Even if you are sick, manager does not consider wfh, they say they will take doctor’s notes into consideration then later cut your appraisal blaming less RTO. It has just mere 5 sick days, and that too if you start from Jan, i joined in Feb, they gave me 4.25 sick leaves. Its a joke...Read More

Off late frequent leadership and organizational change, leaders without vision is got into the system. Work culture is too bad with racism in place, making the place a living hell, exiting employees does not get career opportunity but hiring is done from outside. No career growth and no monitory growth for last 3 years.
