Pathetic Management, most of the Projects don't have client, you feel like you are doing Charity work. Zero Growth. 8 out of 10 managers don't know how to run the project and Technically they don't understand anything. Company is Good but Management is Very bad most of the manager lack project execution skills, hence many projects are in Soup

Managers expect lot of buttering, you need to beg for every thing, for leaves, promotion hikes etc etc.. Office location is Very Far from City. All they know is when the project is not doing good you will be asked to Stretch and come over week ends. Hardly 1 or 0 team outings in a Year.
Work Details
As most of the Projects don't have a client, work is Boring and travelling to office up and down takes almost 4 to 5 hrs. It's Really boring. There not much work from home option available. In few projects employees have been asked to work on night shift

To be very honest, the kind of impression i had before joining this company was complete opposite when i joined it. Not a single factor will be helpful for the employee growth and benefit.
