Don't even join this narcissistic company. They treat u like their shoes. They will buy you and after their usage is over, ,they will throw you out like shoes. Don't even think of job security, hike, performance bonuses, and Don't fall for their false claim which they will showcase as great place to work. I don't know how that organisation gave this certificate to this toxic, narcissistic company. Compulsory rotational shifts for male employees, huge discrimination over other state employees, discrimination by gender, huge office politics, I can keep on listing them. Management is very poor. 1.Policies,are changing in every 6 months but none of them is in favour of employees. 2.Each and every user in permit team has to work around 11 hours due to the unachievable target. 3.Rotational shifts for men in every 2-3 months is compulsory. 4.poor management and lack of well educated senior managers. 5.lots of pressure and unhealthy politics.
