Apart from salary you can't expect anything good in this company. No work life balance and No promotions/ appraisals. Forget about the job security, you don't have a clue like when they gonna fire you even though you perform well, suddenly they call you and fire you on the same day that's it and no questions asked. Compulsory rotational shifts for male employees (one month day & one month night). Work culture is very poor and the guys who are managing the company don't even know anything about management.
