Since this company has been existed in the country for more than 20 years in DRC, 90% of the doctors in Congo Know them and it has its visibility in the market.

1. No management 2. No system 3. No learning development opportunities 4. Exploited working hours, you would be asked to work on Sunday also 5. No respect between the team 6.
