Tremendous experience one can enrol up in as a fresher. . This company gave me a better understanding about the carrier and skills i worked on.
Everything is perfect except the holiday that should be given to employees. There should off on evry alternate saturday's. So that there would be no extra leaves taken.

Each team is assigned with a team leader and a team manager and has to achieve their operations by every day end. 5. Excellent award systems in place. Please Read the review before joining this Company, I had a bad experience here. All the good reviews you're seeing are written by the employees who are currently working there because the company asks them to give reviews about their company. Obviously, they cannot share the whole truth about the company, But they are facing similar issues. PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THE COMPANY THEY ARE THEIVES...THE HEADS AND COMPANY EMPLOYEE DON'T KNOW HOW TO RUN A COMPANY... 1. demotivating policies and poor management The company relies on a limited client base, with only a couple of loyal clients who rarely close profiles. Despite this, employees are required to submit profiles daily and reports weekly. When numbers fall short, management is quick to question productivity, ignoring the real issue: Insufficient client management. The non-IT manager only worsens the situation by routinely placing blame on employees. Instead of addressing client-related challenges, Further damaging morals. 2. Flawed and unattainable Incentive Structure The company's incentive policy seems designed specifically to prevent employees from earning rewards. Initially, the target was two profile closures per quarter, which then increased to 3. After meeting this the goalspost was moved again to 5 closure. According to their incentive structure after closing 3 profiles I was supposed to get approx 80-85k. The company first blamed the supposed error in the incentive tracker, then bounced me from department to department with excuse after excuse. Eventually, they blamed the client payment Delays were to blame. This convoluted process reveals their lack of transparency and fairness in honouring compensation. 3. Unprofessional behaviour from AM HR Somil Shastri, the AM HR, has Consistently shown herself to be an aggressive, dismissive, and unprofessional individual. During my incentive issue, she was evasive and extremely rude, others were constantly redirecting me back to her with no clear answer despite her role as AM HR. They blamed the clients for the incentive payment even though it was the company's responsibility. When I was leaving somil continued with her disrespectful attitude. She asked why do you need to move to HR Operation? and asked about my New salary a clear display of jealousy and unprofessionalism. In 1 year of period, I had a really bad experience and there are many more things to cover regarding existing policy.
