I had a good learning experience, being a fresher there I improved technical knowledge, developed professionalism and the off sight inspection experience.

I didn't much of team effort with meeting held. There was no seperate training for freshers. I didn't find any issue with job security, career growth is slow and satable after certain point, Hike in salary should not be an expectation here. Travel allowance for daily is given but the inspection visit allowance is not always paid, work environment is not satisfactory, innovative ideas are not much appreciated and exposed.
