The company take care of their employees, Salary on time and yearly bonus.

YOU cannot go to the HR directly, If YOU finally go there They will not listen YOU and also they send you to your department in-charge. Same thing apply for IT Issue, you can't contact them directly,If you have any Issue ,First inform to your incharge and they will contact the IT department , Sometime we don't even know about why the IT person came, right now we are not facing any issue.Then he told us Your incharge called you for this,for that. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
