There's nothing to like about this company, although some managers are good.

Dislikes

Half of the year, the team sits idle and you can't learn or develop your skills here. I have learnt nothing in above 1 year. Very cheap company to work for, if something happens to your PC, you will have to pay fine for it and the HR and Admin team waits relentlessly to cut your pay.

A movie should be made on this company and it should be titled "All the things wrong about Unimrkt Research' The team in itself is very toxic with lots of toxic colleague (decent word I can use for these monsters). They just fire you in the probation period itself due to " Performance issue" These company should be doomed and that day is very near

Facilities are pretty good

Opportunities for other domain and basic knowledge are very poor in Indian research. Every single person get off on Saturday but we work with no cab facilities on even week days .

There’s nothing great about Unimrkt. If you find right set of people while working that’s the bestest thing to get along with. Apart from this if you don’t have any skills in research, you can always start from Primary and after completing few months their they will ultimately shift their resources to secondary where you would only learn about how to do desk research and understand the patterns of projects....Read More

Work culture is not that great as it still feels like you are in the college where people are so immature to understand joke. A lot of facet rules are applied on dress codes like what to wear, what not to wear! There focus is not about making people learn and grow their focus is all about taking benefit from the resources no matter from which situation they are going.
