The work culture is not good, they provide u a school type environment where your variable is deducted if they find you using phones. within 1 or 1.5 years there is no employee entertainment program or skill development program at the campus. They say at the time of joining sat and sun are fixed off but took the projects almost the whole year that it would be necessary for you to give your all sat as well some sun to complete the tasks on time. No privacy afterwards as after reaching at home you have to focus only on the job groups and activities.
