my suggestion for all college students and freshers you should never do bond sign in unifycloud. if you are ready for facing many problems then you can do that. In campus drive time they are describe many things about himself like that i am partner of this company that company. if you once do bond then they don't care who are you.

Before you read this, I want to clarify that I am not writing this review out of frustration or personal grievance. It's not something that happened just to me. This is a common story for many employees, but when they leave the company and move on to better opportunities, they often forget to leave a review. • Let's start: • Thereis no law for the company, only for the employees.
Example: They can fire or release you at any time without providing the three months' notice pay, which is a legal requirement. • When you join the company, they will ask you to sign a bond for a minimum of four years (or less, depending on your negotiation).
But it’s not a simple bond—they will ask you to submit your degree and marksheet as collateral. Think about it: why would they need such a bond to retain employees? It's a huge red flag. • Management works from home while fighting against work-from-home.
This means they won't allow you to work from home in case of an emergency, even though they themselves are already doing so. • There is no consistent policy for everyone.
Policies differ for each employee. For example, my junior has a permanent WFH arrangement, but I wasn't allowed to do the same. Don’t assume this is performance-related—it’s not. • There is no effective management in the company.
