Before you read this, I want to clarify that I am not writing this review out of frustration or personal grievance. It's not something that happened just to me. This is a common story for many employees, but when they leave the company and move on to better opportunities, they often forget to leave a review. • Let's start: • Thereis no law for the company, only for the employees. Example: They can fire or release you at any time without providing the three months' notice pay, which is a legal requirement. • When you join the company, they will ask you to sign a bond for a minimum of four years (or less, depending on your negotiation). But it’s not a simple bond—they will ask you to submit your degree and marksheet as collateral. Think about it: why would they need such a bond to retain employees? It's a huge red flag. • Management works from home while fighting against work-from-home. This means they won't allow you to work from home in case of an emergency, even though they themselves are already doing so. • There is no consistent policy for everyone. Policies differ for each employee. For example, my junior has a permanent WFH arrangement, but I wasn't allowed to do the same. Don’t assume this is performance-related—it’s not. • There is no effective management in the company. If you face any issues or have questions, even if you email or message them on Teams, you won't get a response. Since management is remote and unresponsive, you're left with a dead end....Read More
