my suggestion for all college students and freshers you should never do bond sign in unifycloud. if you are ready for facing many problems then you can do that. In campus drive time they are describe many things about himself like that i am partner of this company that company. if you once do bond then they don't care who are you.

They try to get aggreement then they manipulate the policy and take advantage bcoz they know u r in agreement so u cant leave the organisation. Different rule for different employees, worst experience, but jib security is good

I wasted one month in their hiring process and reached till CEO round. Their HR never responded to me once the CEO round got over and they were very unprofessional with me in the end. Dont join this pathetic and spineless organisation.

They are forcing their employees to come to office whereas work can be done completely from anywhere. Not giving appraisals and expecting the employees to shift and return to office whereas companies are adapting hybrid model for the feasibility of the employees. But this company they never care about the positive side of hybrid model or wfh.

Not good for experience UI/UX designer, now talk about company benefit & Management - Mix Casual Leave & Sick Leave - No Medical - No Management - No Marriage Leave. - Zero Learning Growth - Higher management not discuss about employees benefits.
