No HR policy for contractual staff and consultant There is huge difference between what they show on website and what they deliver on reality

Nothing can give more pleasure than working for humanity- little children. This makes it an organisation way beyond the corporates. It is like a government job with corporate culture. Freedom to perform, innovate, grow. Global brand value and most importantly valued in society. Confirms to Global standards in work ethics and culture. You have to be lucky to join Unicef.

Dislikes

Growth maybe slow, but if you are competent you will not face any issues.

The training is not very strong for new staff, everybody is busy and not available for briefing and proper inrollement.
