The best part about UniAcco is the growth in the company, like if you are a performer within a year you will be promoted to a senior. They have their own work culture when it comes to celebrating events or festivals which is grate.

Dislikes

If you are the sales person the worst part would be not achieving your targets on time. As a sales person your job is at risk if you are not able to achieve it on the given due date which will result in termination but they will give you a chance for a month if you are able to achieve your target your job will be secured. As there is a lot of competitions in the company the your teammates and the people in the department will becomes a lot toxic in the office....Read More

It's so difficult to figure out what actually is good in it but if someone is flexible with timing like either afternoon or night then this can be good for you like there are slabs to work in starting from 2:30-10:30pm & 4-12 & 7pm - 3pm but the salary will be the same and after their season is over then you'll be laid off :)

The higher management at the company hire their own people to run the organization here like a cattle. It is a toxic culture and run by completely unqualified people.
