No knowledge of Quality domain.. The company has no idea of whom to hire for Quality. The work which can be done by 3 levels down but they hire manager. Compensation is good but your profile will be thrown to the street..

Nothing. One of the worst companies one can work for.

Dislikes

...e like a cattle. It is a toxic culture and run by completely unqualified people. Salary never is credited on time. They run out of funds every quarter and are always performing audits. If you want to ruin your future and career, you are welcome to come here. Even if you leave, they will hunt you down and ruin your career.

It's so difficult to figure out what actually is good in it but if someone is flexible with timing like either afternoon or night then this can be good for you like there are slabs to work in starting from 2:30-10:30pm & 4-12 & 7pm - 3pm but the salary will be the same and after their season is over then you'll be laid off :)

The way management works and how the undeserving are favoured so much due to which most of the staff is not being retained. The retaining ratio of the company is very low which indicates a clear sign of bad management at lead.

The best part about UniAcco is the growth in the company, like if you are a performer within a year you will be promoted to a senior. They have their own work culture when it comes to celebrating events or festivals which is grate.

Dislikes

If you are the sales person the worst part would be not achieving your targets on time. As a sales person your job is at risk if you are not able to achieve it on the given due date which will result in termination but they will give you a chance for a month if you are able to achieve your target your job will be secured. As there is a lot of competitions in the company the your teammates and the people in the department will becomes a lot toxic in the office.
