One of the worst experience ever working with this brand. Its hire and fire company. Top level management has no clue what 1st UMC BATCH members are doing. Heavy favours are given to staff which are not even of that level to be promoted. Hard workers have no respect. Top level managemen t really needs to take a command otherwise in India they will never be able to balance the undue favours. New generation should not waste their tym here as 1st batch UMC’s are still in play and they can never see anyone growing be it the junior itself. I have clearly wasted my tym here....Read More

As you working in uniqlo the environment is really good, as so far i have experienced too good, you will learn so many thing, being a retail employee you will get lot of other benefit which is you will not get other company. So over all good learning for me.

Dislikes

There is no job security even you don't know when you will loose your job, The company culture so bad, they are unfair with you partiality is there, manager are behaving very bad, speciality in team talk.

It was a very bad experience working here no job security at all, they make use of employees make fake promises for growth. I was the first batch employee there, given my 1.5 years of time with lots of efficiency and hardwork but found nothing at the end.
