Teammates are good but management is very bad they does care about their employees . when they need they treat you with good environment and when there need is over they will treat you as a shit try to clean . currently they are doing cost cutting and throwing their staff life in hell in this pandemic time . About work environment their is favoritism and depends on management.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
